All Trampoline Jumpers parts carry a limited prorated warranty. See below for detailed specifications. Prorated warranty means an amount that is figured upon only part of a time period. For example, if a part cost $100, and the warranty on that part is 2 years, but fails after 1 year, then buyer is responsible for half the payment, paying only $50 plus shipping cost.
Frames and Springs – Lifetime Warranty

Although Trampoline Jumpers products are fully galvanized, Trampoline Jumpers does not warranty against rust or corrosion, as we cannot control various weather conditions. Some areas may have higher air salt content, higher humidity, heavier rain and heavier snow. It is the customers responsibility to sand and paint the rusted part with rust-resistant paint, and/or perform regular maintenance to prolong the life of their trampoline. Customer will be responsible for a nominal handling fee, plus all shipping charges to and from the dealer.
